Customer Service Manager

Hello, my name is Jeffrey Dennis, Customer Service Manager here at Arkansas Tire and Auto Service. I have been in the customer service field for nearly 20 years, eight of them right here at Arkansas Tire and Auto Service. My dad taught me to find a shop that I could trust, and count on to meet my needs. That is how I found myself here I started out as a customer first, and then became an employee. I liked knowing that I could trust Arkansas Tire and Auto Service with my personal business and feel valued as an employee.

In my position I consider myself a customer advocate, and as such, make it a priority to give easily understandable and timely information to my customers. Putting myself in "the customers" position helps me clearly communicate what my customers really need to know to make informed decisions to insure their safety, and help keep their vehicle on the road so they can get on with living life.

I enjoy spending my time off outdoors. You can usually find me in the woods, on the creek, or at the golf course. Arkansas Tire and Auto Service and I invite you to come in and experience the difference of customer service that places high value on you and your needs.
